[Machine] About the Prophet (PBUH), whenever he fell sick, he used to recite the "Mu'awwidhat" (i.e. Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) and blow onto himself.

" When Allah's Apostle ﷺ fell ill, he blew over his body by reciting Mu'awwidhatan and rubbed him with his hand.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَكَى نَفَثَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بَالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ وَمَسَحَ عَنْهُ بِيَدِهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite the Mu'awwathat (Surahs of refuge: Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) on himself when he felt unwell and blew upon himself.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٧٥٠٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ يُونُسَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا اشْتَكَى قَرَأَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ وَيَنْفُثُ»
