ابن حبّان:١٣٧٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ بِحَرَّانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ الْخَطَّابِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

The boys used to be brought to the Prophet ﷺ and he used to invoke for Allah's blessing upon them. Once an infant was brought to him and it urinated on his clothes. He asked for water and poured it over the place of the urine and did not wash his clothes.

A boy was brought to the Prophet ﷺ to do Tahnik for him, but the boy urinated on him, whereupon the Prophet had water poured on the place of urine.  

البخاري:٥٤٦٨ – حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ

أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِصَبِيٍّ يُحَنِّكُهُ فَبَالَ عَلَيْهِ فَأَتْبَعَهُ الْمَاءَ

Babies were brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he blessed them, and after having chewed (something, e. g. dates or any other sweet thing) he rubbed there with their soft palates. A baby was brought to him and he passed water over him (over his garment), so he asked water to be brought and sprinkled it, but he did not wash it.  

مسلم:٢٨٦a – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُؤْتَى بِالصِّبْيَانِ فَيُبَرِّكُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيُحَنِّكُهُمْ فَأُتِيَ بِصَبِيٍّ فَبَالَ عَلَيْهِ فَدَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَأَتْبَعَهُ بَوْلَهُ وَلَمْ يَغْسِلْهُ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ was brought a young child to kiss him. He sat the child in his lap and the child urinated on him. The Prophet called for water and followed him with it. Waki' said, "He followed him with the water, but he did not wash him."  

أحمد:٢٤٢٥٦ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى وَوَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
