of Allah (saas) said: "Every deed of the son of Adam will be multiplied for him, between ten and seven hundred times for each merit. Allah said: 'Except for fasting, for it is for Me and I shall reward for it.'" (sahih)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ يُضَاعَفُ لَهُ الْحَسَنَةُ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِمِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ قَالَ اللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ إِلاَّ الصَّوْمَ فَإِنَّهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in Whose hand my self is, the smell of the breath of a man fasting is better with Allah than the scent of musk.' He leaves his desires and his food and drink for My sake. Fasting is for Me and I reward it. Every good action is rewarded by ten times its kind, up to seven hundred times, except fasting, which is for Me, and I reward it.' "

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ إِنَّمَا يَذَرُ شَهْوَتَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي فَالصِّيَامُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ كُلُّ حَسَنَةٍ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِمِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ إِلاَّ الصِّيَامَ فَهُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

[Machine] And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Allah ﷻ says, "Every action of the son of Adam is for him except fasting, for it is for Me and I shall reward for it. Fasting is a shield. When any one of you is observing fast, he should neither indulge in obscene language nor should he raise his voice; and if anyone reviles him or tries to quarrel with him, he should say: 'I am fasting.'" By Him, in Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, the breath of one observing Saum is sweeter to Allah than the fragrance of musk. The one who fasts two days willingly for the sake of Allah, Allah will keep him away from the fire of Hell.

وَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ اللهُ ﷻ كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ لَهُ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ فَهُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ إِنَّمَا يَتْرُكُ طَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي فَصِيَامُهُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ كُلُّ حَسَنَةٍ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ فَهُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, the scent of the fasting person's mouth is more pleasant to Allah than the scent of musk. He says, 'The fasting person abstains from their desires, food, and drink for My sake. Fasting is for Me and I will reward it accordingly, with every good deed being multiplied ten times to seven hundred times, except for fasting, which is for Me and I will reward it.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ يَقُولُ ﷻ إِنَّمَا يَذَرُ شَهْوَتَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي فَالصَّوْمُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ كُلُّ حَسَنَةٍ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ فَهُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

[Machine] "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: By the One in Whose hand is my soul, the smell from the mouth of a fasting person is more pleasant to Allah than the scent of musk. He leaves his food, drink, and desires for My sake. The fasting is for Me and I will reward it. Every good deed is rewarded ten times its like, up to seven hundred times, except for fasting, as it is for Me and I will reward it."

إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ يَذَرُ طَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ وَشَهْوَتَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي فَالصِّيَامُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ كُلُّ حَسَنَةٍ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ فَهُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah said, 'Every action of the son of Adam is for him, except fasting. It is for Me and I shall reward for it. He leaves his food, drink, and desires for My sake. Fasting is for Me and I shall reward for it accordingly.'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ اللهُ ﷻ كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ لَهُ فَالْحَسَنَةُ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍإِلَّا الصِّيَامَ هُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ يَتْرُكُ الطَّعَامَ لِشَهْوَتِهِ مِنْ أَجْلِى وَيَتْرُكُ الشَّرَابَ لِشَهْوَتِهِ مِنْ أَجْلِى هُوَ لِى وَأَنَا أَجْزِى بِهِ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah, the Most High, says: 'Every action of the son of Adam is for him, except fasting. It is for Me and I shall reward for it. Verily, he gives up his desires and food for My sake.' The fasting person has two moments of joy: one when he breaks his fast and another when he meets his Lord. Indeed, the smell coming from the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ لَهُ فَالْحَسَنَةُ بِعَشْرِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ هُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ إِنَّهُ يَتْرُكُ الطَّعَامَ وَشَهْوَتَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي وَيَتْرُكُ الشَّرَابَ وَشَهْوَتَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي فَهُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

[Machine] "Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'By the One in whose hand is my soul, the smell of the mouth of a fasting person is more beloved to Allah than the scent of musk. Allah says, 'The fasting person abandons their desires, food, and drink for My sake. Fasting is for Me and I will reward it accordingly. Every good deed is rewarded ten times its value, up to seven hundred times, except for fasting, for it is for Me and I will reward it.'"

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ يَقُولُ اللهُ ﷻ إِنَّمَا يَتْرُكُ شَهْوَتَهُ وَطَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ مِنْ أَجْلِي وَالصِّيَامُ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ كُلُّ حَسَنَةٍ بِعَشْرَةِ أَمْثَالِهَا إِلَى سَبْعِمِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ إِلَّا الصِّيَامَ فَهُوَ لِي وَأَنَا أَجْزِي بِهِ

اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم فيما يروي عن ربه كل عمل ابن آدم له الحسنة بعشر أمثالها إلى سبعمِئَة ضعف والصيام هو لي وَأنا أجزي به يترك الطعام ويترك الشراب وشهوته من أجلي فهو لي وَأنا أجزي به
