The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The testimony of a deceitful man or woman, of an adulterer and adulteress, and of one who harbours rancour against his brother is not allowable. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3601)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلَا خَائِنَةٍ وَلَا زَانٍ وَلَا زَانِيَةٍ وَلَا ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ زَادَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The testimony of a deceitful man or woman, of an adulterer and adulteress, and of one who harbours rancour against his brother is not allowable.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلاَ خَائِنَةٍ وَلاَ زَانٍ وَلاَ زَانِيَةٍ وَلاَ ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ
“The Testimony of a man or woman who is treacherous, or of one who has been subjected to one of the Haad punishments of Islam, or of one who bears a grudge against his brother, is not permissible.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلاَ خَائِنَةٍ وَلاَ مَحْدُودٍ فِي الإِسْلاَمِ وَلاَ ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ
“The Testimony of a man or woman who is treacherous, or of one who has been subjected to one of the Haad punishments of Islam, or of one who bears a grudge against his brother, is not permissible.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2366)
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلَا خَائِنَةٍ وَلَا مَحْدُودٍ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا مَحْدُودَةٍ وَلَا ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ
"لا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلا خَائِنَة، وَلا زَانٍ وَلا زَانِيَة وَلا ذِي غمْرٍ على أَخِيه في الإسْلام".
"لا تَجُوزُ شَهادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلا خَائِنَةٍ، وَلا ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ، وَلا مُحْدِثٍ فِي الإسْلام وَلا مُحْدِثَةٍ".
"أَلَا لَا تَجُوزُ شَهادةُ الخَائِنِ، ولَا الخائِنَةُ، ولَا ذى غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ، ولَا الموْقوفِ عَلَى حد".
