[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The testimony of the treacherous person, the possessed person, and the biased person is not acceptable."  

البيهقي:٢٠٨٥٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ أَبِي حَامِدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنِ الزَّنْجِيِّ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْعَلَاءَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَذْكُرُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الْخَلَّةِ وَلَا ذِي الْجِنَّةِ وَلَا ذِي الْحِنَةِ الْمَحْقُودِ كَذَا قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الظِّنَّةِ وَلَا ذِي الْحِنَّةِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري
