[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The testimony of a suspicious person and a person with a reputation for lying is not valid."  

الحاكم:٧٠٤٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي بِهَمْدَانَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثَنَا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الظِّنَّةِ وَلَا ذِي الْحِنَّةِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الْخَلَّةِ وَلَا ذِي الْجِنَّةِ وَلَا ذِي الْحِنَةِ الْمَحْقُودِ كَذَا قَالَ
