"لا تَجُوزُ شَهَادةُ ذِي الظِّنَّةِ، وَلا ذِي الحِنَةِ".  

[عب] عبد الرازق [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن أبي هريرة

الحاكم:٧٠٤٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي بِهَمْدَانَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثَنَا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الظِّنَّةِ وَلَا ذِي الْحِنَّةِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري
