[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "The testimony of a person with henna and suspicion is not permissible. Suspicion is more harmful than keeping company, and the most truthful thing that has been narrated in this matter, even if it is a report."  

البيهقي:٢٠٨٥٨وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا تَمْتَامٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الْحِنَةِ وَالظِّنَّةِ الظِّنَّةُ أَحْفَظُ مِنَ الْخَلَّةِ وَأَصَحُّ مَا رُوِيَ فِي هَذَا الْبَابِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُرْسَلًا
