bayhaqi:19028 – Abū Bakr b. al-Ḥārith al-Faqīh > ʿAlī b. ʿUmar al-Ḥāfiẓ > Abū Bakr al-Naysābūrī > Yūnus b. ʿAbd al-Aʿlá > Ibn Wahb > ʿAmr b. al-Ḥārith Waʿabd Allāh b. ʿAyyāsh Wasaʿīd b. Abū Ayyūb > ʿAyyāsh b. ʿAbbās > ʿĪsá

[Machine] A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, I have been commanded to celebrate Eid al-Adha, which Allah has made for this Ummah. But if I can only find the scent of my father's perfume or the sheep of my father and my family, can I sacrifice them?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "No, but trim your nails, shave your mustache, and shorten your hair. That is the complete sacrifice in the sight of Allah." (Hadith 19029) And Abu Abdullah granted me permission. Abu al-Abbas Muhammad ibn Ya'qub narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abd al-Hakam narrated to us, who reported it from Ibn Wahb, and he mentioned it with its chain of narration.  

البيهقي:١٩٠٢٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ أَنَّ عَيَّاشَ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ هِلَالٍ الصَّدَفِيِّ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ؓ أَنَّ

رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أُمِرْتُ بِيَوْمِ الْأَضْحَى عِيدًا جَعَلَهُ اللهُ لِهَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ فَإِنْ لَمْ أَجِدْ إِلَّا مَنِيحَةَ أَبِي أَوْ شَاةَ أَبِي وَأَهْلِي وَمَنِيحَتَهُمْ أَذْبَحُهَا؟ قَالَ لَا وَلَكِنْ قَلِّمْ أَظْفَارَكَ وَقُصَّ شَارِبَكَ وَاحْلِقْ عَانَتَكَ فَذَلِكَ تَمَامُ أُضْحِيَّتِكَ عِنْدَ اللهِ ﷻ 19029 وَأَنْبَانِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ إِجَازَةً ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ

"I have been instructed to take the Day of Sacrifice as an 'Id which Allah, the Might and Sublime, has ordained for this Ummah." The man said: "What do you think if I cannot find anything but a female sheep that has been loaned to me so that I may benefit from its milk - should I sacrifice it?" He said: "No. Rather cut something from your hair and your nails, trim your mustache and shave your pubic hairs, and you will have a complete reward with Allah, the Might and Sublime, as if you had offered the sacrifice."

الحاكم:٧٥٢٩ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ هِلَالٍ الصَّدَفِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ هذا حديث صحيح

ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْأُضْحِيَّةَ وَالْأَمْرَ بِهَا لَيْسَ بِوَاجِبٍ

ابن حبّان:٥٩١٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ مَوْهَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَيَّاشِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ هِلَالٍ الصَّدَفِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو
