[Machine] "Abdullah, O you who have believed, do not declare unlawful the good things which Allah has made lawful for you and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors. So eat and drink and be grateful to Allah. But if you are fearful of an attack to the right of you, then turn aside from it. Indeed, that is from the ways of Satan, and Allah is the most knowing."

quran:5:87

O you who have believed, do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful to you and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors.

When a number of Companions resolved to practise fasting and night vigil continuously, and to abstain from women, perfume, consumption of meat, and sleeping on beds, the following was revealed: O you who believe, do not forbid the good things that God has made lawful for you and do not transgress, do ˹not˺ exceed God’s command; God does not love transgressors.

[Machine] "Approach the people and they started feeding him. There was a man among them in a corner. Abdullah said, 'Approach.' He said, 'I do not want to.' Abdullah asked, 'Why?' He said, 'Because I have prohibited breastfeeding.' Abdullah said, 'This is from the steps of Satan.' Abdullah said, 'O you who have believed, do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful to you and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors.' [Al-Ma'idah: 87] Approach, eat, and cleanse your right hand, for this is from the steps of Satan."
