35. Wills and Testimony
٣٥۔ كِتَابُ الْوَصَايَا
[Machine] The man wrote in his will, "If something happens to me before I change this will, it is narrated from Umar ibn Al-Khattab that he said, 'A person can change whatever he wants from his will.'"
لِيَكْتُبِ الرَّجُلُ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ إِنْ حَدَثَ بِي حَدَثُ مَوْتِي قَبْلَ أَنْ أُغَيِّرَ وَصِيَّتِي هَذِهِ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ يُغَيِّرُ الرَّجُلُ مَا شَاءَ مِنَ الْوَصِيَّةِ
[Machine] If a man bequeaths, he can change his bequest as he pleases. So, it was said to him, what about al-'Ataqah? He said, al-'Ataqah and the changing of al-'Ataqah.
إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ فَإِنَّهُ يُغَيِّرُ وَصِيَّتَهُ وَمَا شَاءَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ الْعَتَاقَةُ؟ قَالَ الْعَتَاقَةُ وَغَيْرُ الْعَتَاقَةِ
