A man emancipated his share in a slave. The Prophet ﷺ allowed his (full) emancipation, and required him to pay the rest of his price. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3934)   

أحمد:٨٥٦٥حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَعْتَقَ شِقْصًا مِنْ مَمْلُوكٍ فَأَجَازَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عِتْقَهُ وَغَرَّمَهُ بَقِيَّةَ ثَمَنِهِ

[Machine] A man freed a slave, so the Prophet ﷺ approved his act of emancipation and said, "Allah has no partner."  

الطبراني:٥٠٧حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقَزَّازُ ثنا أَبُو عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ وَهَانِي بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَا ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
