“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed during the Farewell Pilgrimage in a tranquil manner, and he urged them to be tranquil. He told them to throw small pebbles. He hastened through Muhassir Valley, and said: ‘Let my nation learn its rites (of Hajj), for I do not know, perhaps I will not meet them again after this year.’”  

جَابِرٌ أَفَاضَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّكِينَةُ وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِالسَّكِينَةِ وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَرْمُوا بِمِثْلِ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ وَأَوْضَعَ فِي وَادِي مُحَسِّرٍ وَقَالَ لِتَأْخُذْ أُمَّتِي نُسُكَهَا فَإِنِّي لاَ أَدْرِي لَعَلِّي لاَ أَلْقَاهُمْ بَعْدَ عَامِي هَذَا  

“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ departed during the Farewell Pilgrimage in a tranquil manner, and he urged them to be tranquil. He told them to throw small pebbles. دَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّكِينَةُ وَأَوْضَعَ فِي وَادِي مُحَسِّرٍ وَأَرَاهُمْ مِثْلَ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِالسَّكِينَةِ وَقَالَ لِتَأْخُذْ أُمَّتِي مَنَاسِكَهَا فَإِنِّي لَا أَدْرِي لَعَلِّي لَا أَلْقَاهُمْ بَعْدَ عَامِي هَذَا  

"The Messenger of Allah departed (From Arafat) in a tranquil manner, and he enjoined them to be tranquil. He hurried in the valley of Muhassir and told them to stone the Jamrat with (pebbles like date stones or fingertips. (Daif) (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3021)  

أَفَاضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّكِينَةُ وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِالسَّكِينَةِ وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَرْمُوا بِمِثْلِ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ وَأَوْضَعَ فِي وَادِي مُحَسِّرٍ  

[Machine] So the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , excelled and brought upon them tranquility, and he commanded them with tranquility and said, "Let my Ummah hold onto its rituals, for I do not know if I will meet them after this year of theirs."  

أَفَاضَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّكِينَةَ وَأَمَرَهُمْ بِالسَّكِينَةِ وَقَالَ لِتَأْخُذْ أُمَّتِي مَنْسَكَهَا فَإِنِّي لَا أَدْرِي لَعَلِّي لَا أَلْقَاهُمْ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَذَا
