[Machine] Ibn Mas'ud advised his son Abu Ubaidah with three words: "My son, I advise you with the fear of God, let your house be sufficient for you, and cry over your sins, and control your tongue."  

الطبراني:٨٥٣٦ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّائِغُ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ قَالَ

أَوْصَى ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ أَبَا عُبَيْدَةَ ابْنَهُ بِثَلَاثِ كَلِمَاتٍ «أَيْ بُنَيْ أُوصِيكَ بِتَقْوَى اللهِ وَلْيَسَعْكَ بَيْتُكَ وَابْكِ عَلَى خَطِيئَتِكَ وَأَمْسِكْ عَلَيْكَ لِسَانَكَ»
