[Machine] At the Jamarat, O Messenger of Allah, which jihad is the best? He replied, "The best jihad is a word of truth in the presence of an unjust ruler."

الطبراني:٨٠٨١ – حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي غَالِبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ

عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَةِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةُ حَقٍّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The best jihad is a word of justice spoken before a tyrannical ruler,” or “before an unjust leader.”

أبو داود:٤٣٤٤ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَادَةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جُحَادَةَ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةُ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ» أَوْ «أَمِيرٍ جَائِرٍ»

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ: «أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةُ عَدْلٍ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ».
