[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "One of you should not take as a prisoner the companion and then kill him."

الطبراني:٧٠٩٩ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا دُحَيْمٌ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بِنُ مُوسَى ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي خُبَيْبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا يَعْتَبِطْ أَحَدُكُمْ أَسِيرَ صَاحِبِهِ إِذَا أَخَذَهُ قَتَلَهُ»
