"لا يَعْترض أحدُكم أسيرَ صاحِبِهِ فَيأخذه فَيَقْتُلهُ".  

[عد] ابن عدى في الكامل وابن عساكر عن سمرة، وفيه إسحاق بن ثعلبة منكر الحديث
