[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Seek assistance in observing the night prayers by taking a nap during the day, and seek assistance in fasting during the day by having a pre-dawn meal."  

الطبراني:١١٦٢٥ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا آدَمُ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ قَالَا ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ زَمْعَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ وَهْرَامٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اسْتَعِينُوا بقائلةِ النَّهَارِ عَلَى قِيَامِ اللَّيْلِ وبأَكْلِ السَّحَرِ عَلَى صِيَامِ النَّهَارِ»
