1. Introduction (8/8)
[Machine] "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds, and may His blessings be upon His Prophet Muhammad and all his family. This book is a compilation of what has been narrated to us from those who narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, from both men and women, according to the order of the Arabic alphabet, starting with the letter "alif" (A), because no one preceded them. I have mentioned one, two, three, or more narrations from each of them, according to the abundance or scarcity of their narrations. I have excluded those who have very few narrations, and I have mentioned all the narrations of those who did not have any narration from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, but had mention from the Companions who were martyred with the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, or had passed away earlier, mentioning them from the books of battles and the history of the scholars. I mentioned them to indicate the number of narrators from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and mention their Companions. And I will compile their Musnad (collections of hadith) through thorough investigation in the order of tribes, with the help and strength of Allah, if Allah wills."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There will be trials after me, in which there will be destruction." We said, "If we encounter that, will we be destroyed?" He said, "No, as long as you have my companions who are martyred."
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned trials and we said, "O Messenger of Allah, will everyone who is affected by them be destroyed?" He said, "It will be enough for you to be killed."

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ mentioned a trial, meaning it was as dark as the darkest part of the night. He said, "People will disappear in it, as fast as a swift disappearance." It was asked, "Will all of them be destroyed?" He replied, "It will be enough for them to be killed."
[Machine] Indeed, the one you seek will appear in your land, so accept him when he says "Labbaik" sincerely and devoutly. Seek righteousness, not power or wealth. Is the migrant like the one who says, "I seek refuge in the same way that Ibrahim sought refuge," while standing and turning away (from temptation)? O Allah, I seek refuge and seek refuge from all difficulties, no matter how great they may be, for I am strong and capable. Then he prostrates to the Kaaba. Zaid ibn Amr and Zaid ibn Harithah were eating from their table and the Prophet ﷺ invited them. They said, "O nephew, we do not eat from what is sacrificed for idols." The Prophet ﷺ did not see him eating from what was sacrificed for idols from that day until his death. Sa'id ibn Zaid came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, Zaid was as you saw him or as he informed you. So seek forgiveness for him." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Yes, I seek forgiveness for him, for he will be resurrected as a single nation on the Day of Resurrection."

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ embraced Hassan and said, "O Allah, I love him, so please love him."
“Whoever is killed defending his property, he is a martyr.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2580)
"I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: 'Whoever fights to protect his wealth and is killed, he is a martyr.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4084)

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever unjustly diminishes even a handspan of the earth, Allah will encircle him on the Day of Judgment from seven earths."
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while he was on Mount Hira and he moved and struck with his foot and said, "Be calm, Hira, for there is none upon you but a Prophet or a Siddiq or a martyr." And these people were with him: Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, Ali, Talha, Zubair, Saad, Abdur Rahman ibn Awf, and myself, meaning himself.

[Machine] Narrated by the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "One of the most severe forms of usury is for a person to unjustifiably extend his rights over a Muslim's property. Indeed, severing ties of kinship is a branch of the Most Merciful, and whoever severs it, Allah has made Paradise forbidden for him."
[Machine] Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah is Aamir ibn Abdullah ibn al-Jarrah ibn Hilal ibn Wuhayb ibn Dabbah ibn al-Harith ibn Fihir. He did not have any children, and the mother of Abu Ubaidah is Umm Ghannam bint Jabir ibn Abd ibn al-Ala ibn Amr ibn Wadi'ah ibn al-Harith ibn Fihir.

[Machine] Abu Ubaydah was appointed by his father to confront Abu Ubaydah on the day of Badr. Abu Ubaydah avoided him, but when his intention became clear, Abu Ubaydah killed him. Allah then revealed this verse when he killed his father: "You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day [making friends] with those who oppose Allah and His Messenger" until the end of the verse.
[Machine] He witnessed the Battle of Badr from the Banu Al-Harith ibn Fihr tribe, Abu Ubaidah ibn Al-Jarrah.

[Machine] The control of Sham (Damascus) was between two amirs: Abu Ubaydah ibn al-Jarrah and Yazid ibn Abi Sufyan. After Abu Ubaydah passed away, his uncle Ayyad ibn Ghannam, from the Banu Harith ibn Fihr tribe, was appointed as his successor by Umar. Then Ayyad passed away and Umar commanded Sa'id ibn 'Amir ibn Judham to take his place. After Sa'id ibn 'Amir passed away, Umar appointed 'Umayr ibn Sa'd as his successor.

[Machine] Its significance in the heart of Harith made him separate from her when he saw her. So Abu Ubaydah swore to him by Allah that he wouldn't want any of her camels in return.

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There is no prayer better than the Fajr prayer on the day of Jumu'ah in congregation. And whoever attends it, I consider him forgiven."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, this matter (Islam) began as mercy and prophethood, then it will become mercy and caliphate, then it will become a cruel monarchy, then it will become tyrannical rule, and finally corruption on the earth. They will make silk, sex trade, and alcohol permissible, and they will be provided sustenance based on that, and they will be victorious until they meet Allah."

So he directed me to Abu Ubaydah ibn al-Jarrah, and then he said, 'I have directed you to a man who will teach you well and discipline you.' So I went to Abu Ubaydah ibn al-Jarrah and he was with Bashir ibn Saad, Abu al-Nu'man ibn Bashir, conversing. When they saw me, they fell silent. So I said, 'O Abu Ubaydah, Wallahi, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not speak to me like this.' So he said, 'Indeed, you came while we were having a conversation about something we heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. So sit and we will inform you.' Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Indeed, among you is prophethood, then it will be followed by caliphate upon the way of prophethood, then there will be kingship and tyranny.'"

[Machine] I passed by the mosque and found Ali and Al-Abbas sitting. They said, "O Usama, seek permission for us to enter upon the Messenger of Allah. So I said, "O Messenger of Allah, Ali and Al-Abbas are at the door, wanting to come in to see you." He said, "Do you know why they have come?" I said, "No, by Allah, O Messenger of Allah, I do not know why they have come." He said, "But I know why they have come, so let them in." So they entered upon him and Ali said, "O Messenger of Allah, we have come to ask you: Who is the most beloved among your family to you?" He said, "Fatimah, the daughter of Muhammad." Ali said, "By Allah, O Messenger of Allah, I do not ask you about your family. I ask you about myself." He said, "The one whom Allah has bestowed favor upon and I have bestowed favor upon is Usama." He said, "Then who, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "Then it is you." Al-Abbas said, "Have you made your uncle the last of them?" He said, "Ali preceded you in migration."
