"The accidental killing, which seems intentional, with a whip or stick, (the Diyah) is one hundred camels, of which forty should be (she-camels) which their young in their wombs."  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ قَتِيلُ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ أَوِ الْعَصَا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ أَرْبَعُونَ مِنْهَا فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلاَدُهَا  

"Indeed the accidental killing, which seems intentional, with a whip or a stick, (the Diyah) is one hundred camels, of which forty should be (she-camels) with their young in their wombs."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَلاَ وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ مَا كَانَ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلاَدُهَا  

"Indeed the accidental killing, the killing with a whip or stick, for it (the Diyah) is one hundred camels - a severe penalty - of which forty should be (she-camels) with their young in their wombs."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَلاَ إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَإِ قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا فِيهِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ مُغَلَّظَةٌ أَرْبَعُونَ مِنْهَا فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلاَدُهَا  

"The accident that resembles on purpose, meaning (killing) with a stick or a whip, (for which the Diyah is) one hundred camels, of which forty should be (pregnant she-camels), with their young in their wombs."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْخَطَأُ شِبْهُ الْعَمْدِ يَعْنِي بِالْعَصَا وَالسَّوْطِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلاَدُهَا  

[Machine] "He said in this hadith that indeed the punishment for intentionally killing is by whipping, beating with a stick, or throwing stones, and the ransom is a hundred she-camels, forty of which are pregnant with their offspring. And whoever exceeds a camel in ransom, then he is from the people of ignorance."  

أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ خَطَأِ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا وَالْحَجَرِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا فَمَنْ ازْدَادَ بَعِيرًا فَهُوَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ  

"Indeed the accidental killing, which seems intentional, with a whip or a stick, (the Diyah) is one hundred camels, of which forty should be (she-camels) with their young in their wombs." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4793)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَلَا إِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَأِ قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا فِيهِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مُغَلَّظَةٌ أَرْبَعُونَ مِنْهَا فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا»  

when the Messenger of Allah entered Makkah on the Day of the Conquest, he said: "Indeed, every accidental killing on purpose, or resembling on purpose - killing with a whip or stick, for it are forty (she-camels) which their young in their wombs." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4796)  

عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ قَالَ «أَلَا وَإِنَّ كُلَّ قَتِيلِ خَطَإِ الْعَمْدِ أَوْ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا فِيهِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا»  

when the Messenger of Allah entered Makkah on the Day of the Conquest, he said: "Indeed, every accidental killing on purpose, or resembling on purpose - killing with a whip or stick, for it are forty (she-camels) which their young in their wombs." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4796)   

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لَمَّا قَدِمَ مَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ قَالَ «أَلَا وَإِنَّ قَتِيلَ الْخَطَأِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ قَتِيلَ السَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا فِيهِ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ» يَعْنِي فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا  

"The accident that resembles on purpose, meaning (killing) with a stick or a whip, (for which the Diyah is) one hundred camels, of which forty should be (pregnant she-camels), with their young in their wombs." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4800)  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْخَطَأُ شِبْهُ الْعَمْدِ يَعْنِي بِالْعَصَا وَالسَّوْطِ فِيهَا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا»  

"Indeed the accidental killing, the killing with a whip or stick, for it (the Diyah) is one hundred camels - a severe penalty - of which forty should be (she-camels) with their young in their wombs." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4795)   

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَلَا إِنَّ فِي قَتِيلِ الْعَمْدِ الْخَطَأِ بِالسَّوْطِ أَوِ الْعَصَا مِائَةً مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مُغَلَّظَةً مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ خَلِفَةً فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا  

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said: The killing of a mistake is similar to deliberate killing, as if with a whip and a stick. There are a hundred camels involved in it, including forty of them being pregnant with their offspring. Thus said Ayub on the authority of Al-Qasim bin Rabee'ah on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas.  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ قَتْلُ الْخَطَأِ شِبْهُ الْعَمْدِ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا فِيهَا مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا كَذَا قَالَ أَيُّوبُ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ  

"أَلَا إِنَّ في الدِّيَةِ العُظْمَى مائةً مِنَ الإِبل، منْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ خَلفَةً في بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا ".
