عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ فَقَاتَلَ فَقُتِلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ هَذَا خَطَأٌ وَالصَّوَابُ حَدِيثُ سُعَيْرِ بْنِ الْخِمْسِ
The Prophet ﷺ said: If the property of anyone is designed to be taken away without any right and he fights and is killed, he is a martyr.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ فَقَاتَلَ فَقُتِلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If someone tries to get another's wealth without right, and he fights and is killed, then he is a martyr."
