bukhari:2534 – Ādam b. Abū Iyās > Shuʿbah > ʿAmr b. Dīnār > Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh > Aʿtaq a man Minnā ʿAbd Lah

A man amongst us declared that his slave would be freed after his death. The Prophet ﷺ called for that slave and sold him. The slave died the same year.  

البخاري:٢٥٣٤ – حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ؓ قَالَ أَعْتَقَ رَجُلٌ مِنَّا عَبْدًا لَهُ

عَنْ دُبُرٍ فَدَعَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِهِ فَبَاعَهُ قَالَ جَابِرٌ مَاتَ الْغُلاَمُ عَامَ أَوَّلَ  

ahmad:14958 – Muḥammad b. Jaʿfar > Shuʿbah > ʿAmr b. Dīnār > Jābir > a man Aʿtaq Mamlūk Lah

[Machine] About a cattle of his, so the Prophet ﷺ called for it and sold it.
