[AI] The messenger of Allah called for Dhubur and sold him. Jabir said, "The boy only died in the first year."

البيهقي:٢١٥٣٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا آدَمُ ثنا شُعْبَةُ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ يَقُولُ أَعْتَقَ رَجُلٌ مِنَّا عَبْدًا لَهُ

عَنْ دُبُرٍ فَدَعَا بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَاعَهُ قَالَ جَابِرٌ إِنَّمَا مَاتَ الْغُلَامُ عَامَ أَوَّلٍ

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ آدَمَ

bukhari:2534 – Ādam b. Abū Iyās > Shuʿbah > ʿAmr b. Dīnār > Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh > Aʿtaq a man Minnā ʿAbd Lah

A man amongst us declared that his slave would be freed after his death. The Prophet ﷺ called for that slave and sold him. The slave died the same year.

[AI] About a cattle of his, so the Prophet ﷺ called for it and sold it.
