she gave birth to Muhammad bin Abi Bakr As-Siddiq in Al-Baida, Abu Bakr told the Messenger of Allah about that, and he said: "Tell her to perform Gusl then begin the Talbiyah.'' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2663)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٣٦٢٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ عُمَيْسٍ

أَنَّهَا وَلَدَتْ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِالْبَيْدَاءِ فَذَكَرَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مُرْهَا فَلْتَغْتَسِلْ ثُمَّ لِتُهَلَّ»

malik:20-1 – Yaḥyá > Mālik > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. al-Qāsim from his father > Asmāʾ Bint ʿUmays

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Qasim from his father from Asma bint Umays that she gave birth to Muhammad ibn Abi Bakr at al-Bayda. Abu Bakr mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said, "Tell her to do ghusl and then enter ihram."

"عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِم عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ أَسْمَاء بِنْتَ عُمَيْسٍ وَلَدَتْ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ أَبِى بَكْرٍ بِالْبَيْدَاءِ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ أبُو بَكْرٍ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: مُرْهَا فَلتَغْتَسِلْ ثُمَّ تُهِلَّ".  

[ن] النسائي [طب] الطبرانى في الكبير قال ابن كثير: هذا منقطع إلا أنه في حكم الموصول، فإن القاسم إنما أخذه عن عائشة وغيرها من أهلهم، فلما تحقق القصة أسقط الواسطة، وكثيرًا ما يورد في صحيحه من هذا النمط انتهى
