“I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing Sa’y between Safa and Marwah saying: ‘The valley should not be crossed except quickly.’”

ابن ماجة:٢٩٨٧ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ الدَّسْتَوَائِيُّ عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ وَلَدِ شَيْبَةَ قَالَتْ

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَسْعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ لاَ يُقْطَعُ الأَبْطَحُ إِلاَّ شَدًّا

أَنَّهَا رَأَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَسْعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «لَا يُقْطَعُ الْأَبْطَحُ إِلَّا شَدًّا»

البيهقي:٩٣٦٨ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ أنبأ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ثنا بُدَيْلُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ وَلَدٍ لِشَيْبَةَ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ خَوْخَةٍ وَهُوَ يَسْعَى فِي بَطْنِ الْمَسِيلِ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ لَا يُقْطَعُ الْوَادِي أَوِ الْأَبْطَحُ إِلَّا شَدًّا
