ذِكْرُ مَا يَجِبُ عَلَى الرِّجَالِ إِذَا سَلَّمَ إِمَامُهُمُ التَّرَبُّصُ لِانْصِرَافِ النِّسَاءِ ثُمَّ يَقُومُونَ لِحَوَائِجِهِمْ

Umm Salamah told her that during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when the women said the taslim at the end of the prayer, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and the men who had prayed with him would stay put for as long as Allah ﷺ willed. Then, when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ got up, the men did too. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1333)   

ابن حبّان:٢٢٣٤أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ هِنْدَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ

كُنَّ النِّسَاءُ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا سَلَّمَ مِنَ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ قُمْنَ وَثَبَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَمَنْ صَلَّى خَلْفَهُ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ فَإِذَا قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَامَ الرِّجَالُ»

[Machine] In the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he finished his prayer, the women would get up and leave. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would remain seated and the men behind him would also stand up when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood up.
