ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ هَذَا الْخَبَرَ، يَعْنِي خَبَرَ عُثْمَانَ مَنْسُوخٌ بَعْدَ أَنْ كَانَ مُبَاحًا
"Water is for water,' was only permitted in the beginning of Islam. Then it was prohibited." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 110)
