[Machine] From the Prophet ﷺ , he used to recite the tasbihat (glorifications) before sleep and say, "Verily, in them is a verse equal to a thousand verses."  

الدارمي:٣٤٦٧حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنْ مَعْنٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ الْمُسَبِّحَاتِ عِنْدَ النَّوْمِ وَيَقُولُ «إِنَّ فِيهِنَّ آيَةً تَعْدِلُ أَلْفَ آيَةٍ»

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite al-Musabbihat before going to sleep, and say: They contain a verse which is better than a thousand verses.  

أبو داود:٥٠٥٧حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْحَّرَّانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ بَحِيرٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي بِلاَلٍ عَنْ عِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقْرَأُ الْمُسَبِّحَاتِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَرْقُدَ وَقَالَ إِنَّ فِيهِنَّ آيَةً أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ آيَةٍ  

tirmidhi:2921ʿAlī b. Ḥujr > Baqiyyah b. al-Walīd > Baḥīr b. Saʿd > Khālid b. Maʿdān > ʿAbdullāh b. Abū Bilāl > ʿIrbāḍ b. Sāriyah

that the Prophet ﷺ would recite the Musabbihat (Chapters 17, 57, 59, 61, 62, 64 & 87) before sleep and say "Indeed there is an Ayah in them that is better than one thousand Ayat."  

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Gharīb.
