The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every Prophet was given miracles because of which people believed, but what I have been given, is Divine Inspiration which Allah has revealed to me. So I hope that my followers will outnumber the followers of the other Prophets on the Day of Resurrection." (Using translation from Bukhārī 4981)
[Machine] The translation of the passage into English is: "Whenever the revelation would descend upon the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he would be treated for its intensity."
"Al-Harith bin Hisham asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: 'How does the Revelation come to you?' He said: 'Like the ringing of a bell, and when it departs I remember what he (the Angel) said, and this is the hardest on me. And sometimes he (the Angel) comes to me in the form of a man and gives it to me.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 933)
Take from me. Verily Allah has ordained a way for them (the women who commit fornication),: (When) a married man (commits adultery) with a married woman, and an unmarried male with an unmarried woman, then in case of married (persons) there is (a punishment) of one hundred lashes and then stoning (to death). And in case of unmarried persons, (the punishment) is one hundred lashes and exile for one year. (Using translation from Muslim 1690c)
"I wished that I could see the Messenger of Allah when Revelation was coming down to him. While we were in Al-Jirranah and the Prophet was in a tent, Revelation was coming down to him and 'Umar gestured to me to come. So I put my head into the tent. A man had come to him who had entered Ihram wearing a said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what do you say concerning a man who entered Ihram wearing a Jubbah?'Then (because of this question) the Revelation came. The Prophet started to breath deeply, and when it was over he said: 'Where is the man who asked me just now?' The man was brought to him, and he saidA: 'As for the Jubbah, take it off, and as for the perfume, wash it off, then enter Ihram.'''(Sahih) Chatper 30. The Prohibiton Of Wearing A Shirt In Ihram (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2668)

I heard Hisham b. Hakim (b. Hizam) reciting Surah al-Furqan in a different manner from my way of reciting, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had taught me to recite it. I nearly spoke sharply to him, but I delayed till he had finished. Then I caught his cloak at the neck, and I brought him to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I said: Messenger of Allah, I heard this man reciting Surah al-Furqan in a manner different from that in which you taught me to recite it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ the told him to recite it. He then recited in the manner I heard him recite. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Thus was it sent down. He then said to me: Recite, I recited (it). He then said: Thus was it sent down. He said: The Qur'an was sent down in seven modes of reading, so recite according to what comes most easily. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1475)

47.4 [Machine] How was the Quran revealed?
While I was with Aisha, the mother of the Believers, a person from Iraq came and asked, "What type of shroud is the best?" ʿAisha said, "May Allah be merciful to you! What does it matter?" He said, "O mother of the Believers! Show me (the copy of) your Qur'an," She said, "Why?" He said, "In order to compile and arrange the Qur'an according to it, for people recite it with its Suras not in proper order." ʿAisha said, "What does it matter which part of it you read first? (Be informed) that the first thing that was revealed thereof was a Sura from Al-Mufassal, and in it was mentioned Paradise and the Fire. When the people embraced Islam, the Verses regarding legal and illegal things were revealed. If the first thing to be revealed was: 'Do not drink alcoholic drinks.' people would have said, 'We will never leave alcoholic drinks,' and if there had been revealed, 'Do not commit illegal sexual intercourse, 'they would have said, 'We will never give up illegal sexual intercourse.' While I was a young girl of playing age, the following Verse was revealed in Mecca to Muhammad: 'Nay! But the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter.' (54.46) Sura Al-Baqara (The Cow) and Surat An-Nisa (The Women) were revealed while I was with him." Then ʿAisha took out the copy of the Qur'an for the man and dictated to him the Verses of the Suras (in their proper order) . (Using translation from Bukhārī 4993)

Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman came to ʿUthman at the time when the people of Sham and the people of Iraq were Waging war to conquer Arminya and Adharbijan. Hudhaifa was afraid of their (the people of Sham and Iraq) differences in the recitation of the Qur'an, so he said to ʿUthman, "O chief of the Believers! Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Qur'an) as Jews and the Christians did before." So ʿUthman sent a message to Hafsa saying, "Send us the manuscripts of the Qur'an so that we may compile the Qur'anic materials in perfect copies and return the manuscripts to you." Hafsa sent it to ʿUthman. ʿUthman then ordered Zaid bin Thabit, ʿAbdullah bin AzZubair, Saʿid bin Al-As and ʿAbdurRahman bin Harith bin Hisham to rewrite the manuscripts in perfect copies. ʿUthman said to the three Quraishi men, "In case you disagree with Zaid bin Thabit on any point in the Qur'an, then write it in the dialect of Quraish, the Qur'an was revealed in their tongue." They did so, and when they had written many copies, ʿUthman returned the original manuscripts to Hafsa. ʿUthman sent to every Muslim province one copy of what they had copied, and ordered that all the other Qur'anic materials, whether written in fragmentary manuscripts or whole copies, be burnt. Ibn ‘Abbas ؓ said to us. I said to ‘Uthman bin ʿAffan: What made you take al-Anfal, which is one of al-Mathani (the seven long soorahs), and Baraʿah, which is one of al-Miʿeen (soorahs with one hundred verses or thereabouts), and put them next to one another and not write - Ibn Jaʿfar said: A line between them saying Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Raheem - and you put them with the seven long ones? What made you do that? ʿUthman ؓ said: Sometimes many soorahs would be revealed (incomplete) to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , and when something was revealed he would call one of the scribes to write it down for him and say: “Put this in the Soorah in which such and such is mentionedʿ; and verses would be revealed to him and he would say, ʿPut these verses in the soorah in which such and such is mentioned”; and a verse would be revealed to him and he would say: ʿPut this verse in the soorah in which such and such is mentioned.” Al-Anfal was one of the first soorahs to be revealed in Madinah and Baraʿah was one of the last soorahs of the Qurʿan, and the stories and content of the two soorahs were similar. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away without having stated clearly to us that it was part of it, but we thought that it was, hence I put them together and I did not put between them the line Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Raheem. Ibn Jaʿfar said: I put it with the seven long ones. (Using translation from Aḥmad 399)

While I was praying, the Prophet ﷺ passed by and called me, but I did not go to him till I had finished my prayer. When I went to him, he said, "What prevented you from coming?" I said, "I was praying." He said, "Didn't Allah say" "O you who believes Give your response to Allah (by obeying Him) and to His Apostle." (8.24) Then he added, "Shall I tell you the most superior Sura in the Qur'an before I go out of the mosque?" When the Prophet ﷺ intended to go out (of the Mosque), I reminded him and he said, "That is: "Al hamdu-li l-lahi Rabbil-ʿalamin (Surat-al-fatiha)' which is the seven oft repeated verses (Al-Mathani) and the Grand Qur'an which has been given to me." Again, the horse moves, so I got up, having nothing to worry about except my son. Then the horse moves again, so I raised my head and saw something like a shadow approaching with lamps similar to lanterns coming from the sky, and it startled me, so it stopped. When morning came, I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him. He said, "Read, O Abu Yaḥyā." I said, "I have already read, O Messenger of Allah, and the horse moves, and I have nothing to worry about except my son." He said, "Read, O Ibn Hudhayr." He said, "I have already read, and I raised my head and saw something like a shadow with lamps, and it startled me." He said, "Those were the angels who came near to listen to your voice. If you had continued reading until morning, the people would have seen them."

[Machine] It seems like he had taken it from him, so he mentioned it to the Prophet ﷺ who said, "Do you want it back?" I said, "Glory be to the one who has made you subservient to Muhammad ﷺ." Abu Hurairah said, "So I said, 'If a jinn stood before me, I would have taken it to the Prophet ﷺ.' He said, 'I only took it to help a poor family of jinn and I will not return it.'" He said, "Then he came back, so I mentioned it to the Prophet ﷺ." He said, "Do you want it back?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Say, 'Glory be to the one who has made you subservient to Muhammad ﷺ'." So I said, "When I had it, I intended to take it to the Prophet ﷺ. He made a promise to me that it would not return, so I left it. But then it came back, so I mentioned it to the Prophet ﷺ." He said, "Do you want it back?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Say, 'Glory be to the one who has made you subservient to Muhammad ﷺ'." So I said, "You made a promise, but you lied and returned to go to the Prophet ﷺ." He said, "Leave me alone, I will teach you words that when you say them, no male or female jinn will come near you." I said, "What are these words?" He said, "Recite Ayat al-Kursi (the Throne Verse) every morning and evening." Abu Hurairah said, "So I left it, and then I mentioned it to the Prophet ﷺ." He said to me, "Did you not know that it was like that?"

The Prophet ﷺ said, "If somebody recited the last two Verses of Surat Al-Baqara at night, that will be sufficient for him." (Using translation from Bukhārī 5009)

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is sufficient for one to recite the last two Verses of Surat-al-Baqara at night." (Using translation from Bukhārī 4008)
"When Jibril was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he heard a sound from above like a door opening. Jibril, peace be upon him, looked up toward the sky and said: 'This is a gate in Heaven that has been opened, but it was never opened before." He said: "An Angel came down from it and came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'Receive the glad tidings of two lights that have been given to you and were never given to any prophet before you: The Opening of the Book (Al-Fatihah) and the last verses of Surat Al-Baqarah. You will never recite a single letter of them but you will be granted it.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 912)

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "We, the prophets, were given three privileges: the whole earth has been made a mosque for us, its soil has been made purifying (for ablution), and our rows of prayer have been made like the rows of angels. And I have been given these final verses of Surah Al-Baqarah from a treasure beneath the Throne which no one before me was given, and it will not be given to anyone after me."
[Machine] Abdullah said, "The last verses of Surah Al-Baqarah were revealed from a treasure beneath the Throne."
47.20 [Machine] The Cave
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned the Antichrist (Dajjal) and said, "Whoever among you sees him, let him recite the opening verses of Surah Al-Kahf."
If anyone memorizes ten verses from the beginning of surat al-Kahf, he will be protected from the trial of Dajjal (Antichrist). Abu Dawud said: In this way Hashim al-dastawa’I transmitted it from Qatadah, but he said : “If anyone memorizes the closing verses of surat al-Kahf.” Shu’bah narrated from Qatadah the words “from the end of al-Kahf. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 4323)
