The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite al-Musabbihat before going to sleep, and say: They contain a verse which is better than a thousand verses. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5057)

that the Prophet ﷺ would recite the Musabbihat (Chapters 17, 57, 59, 61, 62, 64 & 87) before sleep and say "Indeed there is an Ayah in them that is better than one thousand Ayat."  

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Gharīb.
الترمذي:٢٩٢١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بِلاَلٍ عَنْ عِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ
