رَأَيْتُ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ ثَائِرَةَ الرَّأْسِ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ مَهِيعَةَ وَهِيَ الْجُحْفَةُ فَأَوَّلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم أَنَّ وَبَاءَ الْمَدِينَةِ انْتَقَلَ إِلَى الجحفة

concerning the dream of the Prophet ﷺ in Medina: The Prophet ﷺ said, "I saw (in a dream) a black woman with unkempt hair going out of Medina and settling at Mahai'a. I interpreted that as (a symbol of) the epidemic of Medina being transferred to Mahai'a, namely, Al-Juhfa."
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ فِي رُؤْيَا النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ رَأَيْتُ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ ثَائِرَةَ الرَّأْسِ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ حَتَّى نَزَلَتْ بِمَهْيَعَةَ فَتَأَوَّلْتُهَا أَنَّ وَبَاءَ الْمَدِينَةِ نُقِلَ إِلَى مَهْيَعَةَ وَهْىَ الْجُحْفَةُ
The Prophet ﷺ said, "I saw (in a dream) a black woman with unkempt hair going out of Medina and settling in Mahai'a. I interpreted that as (a symbol of) epidemic of Medina being transferred to Mahai'a, namely, Al-Juhfa."

“I saw a black woman with disheveled hair, who left Al-Madinah and went to stay in Al- Mahya’ah, which is Juhfah. I interpreted it as referring to an epidemic in Al-Madinah which moved to Juhfah.”
عَنْ رُؤْيَا النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ ثَائِرَةَ الرَّأْسِ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ حَتَّى قَامَتْ بِالْمَهْيَعَةِ وَهِيَ الْجُحْفَةُ فَأَوَّلْتُهَا وَبَاءً بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَنُقِلَ إِلَى الْجُحْفَةِ
[Machine] "He narrated to him about the vision of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the plague in Medina. It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the Prophet ﷺ said, 'I saw a black woman with disheveled hair leaving Medina until she settled in Mahya'ah, which is Al-Juhfah. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the first to announce that the plague had been transferred to Al-Juhfah.'"
أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ رُؤْيَا رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي وَبَاءِ الْمَدِينَةِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ ثَائِرَةَ الرَّأْسِ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ حَتَّى أَقَامَتْ بِمَهْيَعَةَ وَهِيَ الْجُحْفَةُ فَأَوَّلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّ وَبَاءَ الْمَدِينَةِ نُقِلَ إِلَى الْجُحْفَةِ

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "I saw in a dream a black-haired woman being expelled from Madinah and settled in Mahya'ah. I interpreted that in the dream as the plague being transferred by Allah, the Almighty, from Madinah to Mahya'ah."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ ثَائِرَةَ الشَّعْرِ تَفِلَةً أُخْرِجَتْ مِنَالْمَدِينَةِ فَأُسْكِنَتْ مَهْيَعَةَ فَأَوَّلْتُهَا فِي الْمَنَامِ وَبَاءَ الْمَدِينَةِ يَنْقُلُهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى إِلَى مَهْيَعَةَ
[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "I saw in a dream a black woman with disheveled hair being expelled from the city and settled in Mahyah, and then I interpreted it as an epidemic hitting Madinah being transferred by Allah to Mahyah."
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «رَأَيْتُ فِي الْمَنَامِ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ ثَائِرَةَ الشَّعْرِ تَفِلَةً أُخْرِجَتْ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَأُسْكِنَتْ مَهْيَعَةَ فَأَوَّلْتُهَا وَبَاءَ الْمَدِينَةِ يَنْقُلُهَا اللَّهُ إِلَى مَهْيَعَةَ»
[Machine] "From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said, 'I saw a black woman with disheveled hair leaving the city of Madinah until she reached Mahyah, and she was the plague.' So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'I interpreted that the plague of Madinah has been transferred to Mahyah.'"
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «رَأَيْتُ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ ثَائِرَةَ الرَّأْسِ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ حَتَّى قَامَتْ بِمَهْيَعَةَ وَهِيَ الْجُحْفَةُ» فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «تَأَوَّلْتُ أَنَّ وَبَاءَ الْمَدِينَةِ نُقِلَ إِلَى الْجُحْفَةِ»
