البزّار:٣٠٣٧ – حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ نَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ وَأَبُو قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَا نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ زِيَادًا بَعَثَ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ مُصَدِّقًا فَجَاءَ وَلَمْ يَجِئْ بِشَيْءٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَيْنَ الْمَالُ فَقَالَ أَخَذْنَاهَا كَمَا كُنَّا نَأْخُذُهَا عَلَى عَهْدِ

رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفَعَلْنَا كَمَا كُنَّا نَفْعَلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
