Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad Is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and it should be again repeated: I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad Is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Come to the prayer (twice). Come to success (twice). Ishaq added: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; there Is no god but Allah.

أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَّمَهُ هَذَا الأَذَانَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فَيَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ مَرَّتَيْنِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ مَرَّتَيْنِ زَادَ إِسْحَاقُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When the Mu'adhdhin says: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and one of you should make this response: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; (and when the Mu'adhdhin) says: I testify that there is no god but Allah, one should respond: I testify that there is no god but Allah, and when he says: I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, one should make a response: I testify that Muhammad is Messenger of Allah. When he (the Mu'adhdhin) says: Come to prayer, one should make a response: There is no might and no power except with Allah. When he (the Mu'adhdhin) says: Come to salvation, one should respond: There is no might and no power except with Allah, and when he (the Mu'adhdhin) says: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, then make a response: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. When he (the Mu'adhdhin) says: There is no god but Allah, and he who makes a re- sponse from the heart: There is no god but Allah, he will enter Paradise.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ أَحَدُكُمُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ قَالَ لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ قَالَ لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ مِنْ قَلْبِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

"Recite it to me." He said, "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar (Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest), Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah (I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah) - twice. Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah (I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah) - twice. Then he said in a lower voice which those around him could here: Ashhadu an la ilaha ill-Allah (I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah) - twice. Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah (I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah) - twice, Hayya'ala as-salah (come to prayer) - twice, Hayya alal-falah (come to prosperity) - twice, Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar la ilaha illallah (Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is none worthy of worship except Allah). [1] Bishir bin Mu'adh who heard it from Ibrahim, and from whom An-Nasa'i is reporting it, is the one who is asking for the Adhan to be recited to him.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَقْعَدَهُ فَأَلْقَى عَلَيْهِ الأَذَانَ حَرْفًا حَرْفًا قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ هُوَ مِثْلُ أَذَانِنَا هَذَا قُلْتُ لَهُ أَعِدْ عَلَىَّ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ بِصَوْتٍ دُونَ ذَلِكَ الصَّوْتِ يُسْمِعُ مَنْ حَوْلَهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ مَرَّتَيْنِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ مَرَّتَيْنِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me the Adhan and said: 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah; Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah (Allah is the Greatest,Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger Allah,I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger Allah)'. Then he repeated it and said: 'Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah; Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah; Hayya 'alas-salah, Hayya 'ala-salah; Hayya 'alal-falah Hayya 'alal-falah; Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; La ilaha ill-Allah (I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; Come to prayer, come to prayer; come to prosperity, come to prosperity; Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; there is none worthy of worship except Allah).'"

عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الأَذَانَ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فَيَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ

I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Lowering your voice while saying them (these words). Then you must raise your voice in making the testimony: I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify there is no god but Allah; I testify Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Come to prayer, come to prayer; come to salvation, come to salvation. If it is the morning prayer, you must pronounce; prayer is better than sleep, prayer is better than sleep, Allah is most great; there is no god but Allah.

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ عَلِّمْنِي سُنَّةَ الأَذَانِ قَالَ فَمَسَحَ مُقَدَّمَ رَأْسِي وَقَالَ تَقُولُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ تَرْفَعُ بِهَا صَوْتَكَ ثُمَّ تَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ تَخْفِضُ بِهَا صَوْتَكَ ثُمَّ تَرْفَعُ صَوْتَكَ بِالشَّهَادَةِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ فَإِنْ كَانَ صَلاَةَ الصُّبْحِ قُلْتَ الصَّلاَةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ الصَّلاَةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ

The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) himself taught me the call to prayer (adhan). He asked me to pronounce: Allah is most great. Allah is most great. Allah is most great. Allah is most great: I testify that there is no god but Allah. I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is Messenger of Allah. Then repeat and raise your voice; I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah ; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; come to prayer, come to prayer; come to salvation, come to salvation; Allah is most great. Allah is most great; there is no god but Allah.

أَلْقَى عَلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ التَّأْذِينَ هُوَ بِنَفْسِهِ فَقَالَ قُلِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ قَالَ ثُمَّ ارْجِعْ فَمُدَّ مِنْ صَوْتِكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ

“Allah is most great, Allah is most great”, and one of you says in response: “Allah is most great”, Allah is most great; then says: “ I testify tht there is no god but Allah”, and he says in response: “I testify that there is no god but Allah”, then say:” I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”, and he makes the response: “ I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”, then says: “Come to prayer”, and he makes the response: “There is no might and no power except in Allah”: then says: “ Allah is most great, Allah is most great”, and he makes the response: “Allah is most great”, then says: “There is no god but Allah”, if he says this from his heart, he enter Paradise.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ أَحَدُكُمُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَإِذَا قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ فَإِذَا قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ قَالَ لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحِ قَالَ لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ مِنْ قَلْبِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

the Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever says: ‘There is none worthy of worship except Allah, and Allah is the Greatest, (Lā ilāha illallāh, wa Allāhu akbar)’ His Lord affirms his statement and says: ‘There is none worthy of worship except Me, and I am the Greatest,’ and when he say: ‘There is none worthy of worship except for Allah, Alone, (Lā ilāha illallāh, waḥdahu)’ Allah says: ‘There is none worthy of worship except for Me and I am Alone.’ And when he say: ‘There is none worthy of worship except for Allah, Alone, without partner, (Lā ilāha illallāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu)’ Allah says: ‘There is none worthy of worship except Me, Alone, I have no partner.’ And when he say: ‘There is none worthy of worship except for Allah, to Him belongs all that exists, and to Him is the praise, (Lā ilāha illallāh, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu)’ Allah says: ‘There is none worthy of worship except Me, to Me belongs all that exists, and to Me is the praise.’ And when he says: ‘There is none worthy of worship except Allah, and there is no might or power except by Allah, (Lā ilāha illallāh, wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh)’ Allah says: ‘There is none worthy of worship except Me, and there is no might or power except by Me.’” And he used to say: “Whoever says it in his illness, then dies, the Fire shall not consume him.”

أَنَّهُمَا شَهِدَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ صَدَّقَهُ رَبُّهُ فَقَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنَا وَأَنَا أَكْبَرُ وَإِذَا قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ قَالَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنَا وَأَنَا وَحْدِي وَإِذَا قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ قَالَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنَا وَحْدِي لاَ شَرِيكَ لِي وَإِذَا قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ قَالَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنَا لِيَ الْمُلْكُ وَلِيَ الْحَمْدُ وَإِذَا قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ قَالَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنَا وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِي وَكَانَ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَالَهَا فِي مَرَضِهِ ثُمَّ مَاتَ لَمْ تَطْعَمْهُ النَّارُ

[Machine] "We entered upon Mu'awiyah and the caller announced the prayer, saying 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar'. Mu'awiyah said 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar'. Then he said 'Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah' (I testify that there is no god but Allah). Mu'awiyah said 'Wa ana ashhadu' (And I testify to that). Abu 'Amir said 'And I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah'. Mu'awiyah said 'Wa ana ashhadu' (And I testify to that). Abu 'Amir said 'And I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah'. Yahya reported that a man told him that when Mu'awiyah said 'Hayya 'ala as-salah' (Come to prayer), he then said 'La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah' (There is no power or strength except with Allah). Mu'awiyah said, 'This is how I heard your Prophet ﷺ say'."

دَخَلْنَا عَلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ فَنَادَى الْمُنَادِي بِالصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ قَالَ أَبُو عَامِرٍ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ قَالَ أَبُو عَامِرٍ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ يَحْيَى فَحَدَّثَنَا رَجُلٌ أَنَّهُ لَمَّا قَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ لَا حَوْلَوَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ هَكَذَا سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّكُمْ ﷺ يَقُولُ

[Machine] "Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, and he said, 'I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.' Then he said, 'Come to prayer.' He said, 'There is no power or strength except through Allah.' He said, 'Come to success.' He said, 'There is no power or strength except through Allah.' He said, 'Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest.' He said, 'There is no god but Allah.' He said, 'There is no god but Allah.' This is how the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say or your Prophet when the caller to prayer calls."

أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ فَقَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ فَقَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ فَقَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ فَقَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ هَكَذَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُأَوْ نَبِيُّكُمْ إِذَا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ

I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَقَّنَهُ الْأَذَانَ تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ كَلِمَةً وَالْإِقَامَةَ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ كَلِمَةً اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ [أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ] حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَالْإِقَامَةُ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى لَا يُرَجِّعُ

I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Lowering your voice while saying them (these words). Then you must raise your voice in making the testimony: I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify there is no god but Allah; I testify Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Come to prayer, come to prayer; come to salvation, come to salvation. أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَمَرَ نَحْوًا مِنْ عِشْرِينَ رَجُلًا فَأَذَّنُوا فَأَعْجَبَهُ صَوْتُ أَبِي مَحْذُورَةَ فَعَلَّمَهُ الْأَذَانَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَالْإِقَامَةَ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me the Adhan and said: 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah; Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah (Allah is the Greatest,Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger Allah,I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger Allah)'. Then he repeated it and said: 'Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah; Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah; Hayya 'alas-salah, Hayya 'ala-salah; Hayya 'alal-falah Hayya 'alal-falah; Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; La ilaha ill-Allah (I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; Come to prayer, come to prayer; come to prosperity, come to prosperity; Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; there is none worthy of worship except Allah).'" قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلِّمْنِي سُنَّةَ الْأَذَانِ قَالَ فَمَسَحَ مُقَدَّمَ رَأْسِي وَقَالَ «تَقُولُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ» وَرَفَعَ بِهَا صَوْتَهُ ثُمَّ تَقُولُ «أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَاخْفِضْ بِهَا صَوْتَكَ ثُمَّ تَرْفَعُ صَوْتَكَ بِالشَّهَادَةِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَحَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ فَإِنْ كَانَتْ صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ قُلْتَ الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ»

“Allah is most great, Allah is most great”, and one of you says in response: “Allah is most great”, Allah is most great; then says: “ I testify tht there is no god but Allah”, and he says in response: “I testify that there is no god but Allah”, then say:” I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”, and he makes the response: “ I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”, then says: “Come to prayer”, and he makes the response: “There is no might and no power except in Allah”: then says: “ Allah is most great, Allah is most great”, and he makes the response: “Allah is most great”, then says: “There is no god but Allah”, if he says this from his heart, he enter Paradise. أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَقَالَ أَحَدُكُمُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ قَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ»

الْمُؤَذِّنُ «اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ» فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ فَقَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ « ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) himself taught me the call to prayer (adhan). He asked me to pronounce: Allah is most great. Allah is most great. Allah is most great. Allah is most great: I testify that there is no god but Allah. I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is Messenger of Allah. Then repeat and raise your voice; I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah ; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; come to prayer, come to prayer; come to salvation, come to salvation; Allah is most great. Allah is most great; there is no god but Allah. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 503)

فَأَخْبَرَهُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِلَالًا أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ» فَأَلْقَاهُ عَلَيْهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ عَادَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ

The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) taught me the call to prayer (adhan) verbatim; Allah is most great, Allah is most great, Allah is most great, Allah is most great; I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; I testify that there is no god but Allah. I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; come to prayer, come to prayer; come to salvation, come to salvation. [Machine] "He used to give the call to prayer for the Prophet ﷺ, and he would say: 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah.' Then he would turn to the right and say: 'Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah.' Then he would turn and face the direction of prayer and say: 'Hayya 'ala as-Salah, Hayya 'ala al-Falah.' Then he would turn to the left and say: 'Hayya 'ala al-Falah, Hayya 'ala al-Falah.' Then he would face the direction of prayer and say: 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallah.' And he used to recite the call to prayer for the Prophet ﷺ, and he would single out the Iqamah, saying: 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulullah, Hayya 'ala as-Salah, Hayya 'ala al-Falah. Qad qamatis-salah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallah.'"

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُؤَذِّنُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَكَانَ يُؤَذِّنُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ثُمَّ يَنْحَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِ الْقِبْلَةِ فَيَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ يَنْحَرِفُ فَيَسْتَقْبِلُ خَلْفَ الْقِبْلَةِ فَيَقُولُ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ يَنْحَرِفُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ فَيَقُولُ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ ثُمَّ يَسْتَقْبِلُ الْقِبْلَةَ فَيَقُولُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَكَانَ يُقِيمُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَيُفْرِدُ الْإِقَامَةَ فَيَقُولُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ

[Machine] I was sitting with Muawiya, and when the caller for prayer called, Muawiya said, "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah." Then the caller for prayer said, "I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." Muawiya said, "I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." Then the caller said, "Come to prayer." Muawiya said, "There is no power or strength except with Allah." Then the caller said, "Come to success." Muawiya said, "There is no power or strength except with Allah." Then the caller said, "Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest." Muawiya said, "Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest." Then the caller said, "There is no god but Allah." Muawiya said, "There is no god but Allah." Then Muawiya said, "This is how I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say."

كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ مُعَاوِيَةَ فَلَمَّا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ «هَكَذَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ»

[Machine] That Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah said, "I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah." Then he said, "Come to prayer." He said, "There is no power or might except with Allah." He said, "Come to success." He said, "There is no power or might except with Allah." He said, "Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest." Muawiyah said, "Allah is the greatest, Allah is the greatest." Then he said, "There is no god but Allah." He said, "There is no god but Allah." Then he said, "This is how I heard your Prophet ﷺ say."

أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ «أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ» فَقَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ «لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ» قَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ قَالَ «لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ» قَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ قَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ «اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ» فَقَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ فَقَالَ «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ» ثُمَّ قَالَ هَكَذَا سَمِعْتُ نَبِيَّكُمْ ﷺ يَقُولُ

“Allah is most great, Allah is most great”, and one of you says in response: “Allah is most great”, Allah is most great; then says: “ I testify tht there is no god but Allah”, and he says in response: “I testify that there is no god but Allah”, then say:” I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”, and he makes the response: “ I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”, then says: “Come to prayer”, and he makes the response: “There is no might and no power except in Allah”: then says: “ Allah is most great, Allah is most great”, and he makes the response: “Allah is most great”, then says: “There is no god but Allah”, if he says this from his heart, he enter Paradise. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ أَحَدُكُمُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ قَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ قَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me the Adhan and said: 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah; Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah (Allah is the Greatest,Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger Allah,I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger Allah)'. Then he repeated it and said: 'Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah; Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan Rasulallah; Hayya 'alas-salah, Hayya 'ala-salah; Hayya 'alal-falah Hayya 'alal-falah; Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar; La ilaha ill-Allah (I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah; I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; Come to prayer, come to prayer; come to prosperity, come to prosperity; Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest; there is none worthy of worship except Allah).'" عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْأَذَانَ فَقَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فَيَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ

The Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) himself taught me the call to prayer (adhan). He asked me to pronounce: Allah is most great. Allah is most great. Allah is most great. Allah is most great: I testify that there is no god but Allah. I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is Messenger of Allah. Then repeat and raise your voice; I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah ; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah; come to prayer, come to prayer; come to salvation, come to salvation; Allah is most great. Allah is most great; there is no god but Allah. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 503)

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَلَّمَهُ هَذَا الْأَذَانَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ يَعُودُ فَيَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ مَرَّتَيْنِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ مَرَّتَيْنِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ

[Machine] I went out with ten young men with the Prophet ﷺ to Hunayn. They called for prayer, and we stood there making fun of them. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Bring me those boys." They called for prayer, and I was one of them with a loud voice. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Yes, this is the voice that I heard. Go and call the people of Makkah for prayer, and tell 'Attab ibn Usayd that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered me to call the people of Makkah for prayer." He said, "Say, 'Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasulullah.' Say it twice. Then, say, 'Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah, ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasulullah.' Say it twice. Say, 'Hayya 'ala as-salah, hayya 'ala al-falah.' Say it twice. Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, la ilaha illallah.' Then, when you establish the prayer, say it twice. The prayer has been established, the prayer has been established."

خَرَجْتُ فِي عَشَرَةِ فَتَيَانٍ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ إِلَى حُنَيْنٍ فَأَذَّنُوا وَقُمْنَا َنُؤَذِّنُ مُسْتَهْزِئِينَ بِهِمْ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ ايْتُونِي بِهَؤُلَاءِ الْفِتْيَانِ فَقَالَ أَذِّنُوا فَأَذَّنُوا وَكُنْتُ أَحَدَّهُمْ صَوْتًا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ نَعَمْ هَذَا الَّذِي سَمِعْتُ صَوْتَهُ اذْهَبْ فَأَذِّنْ لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ وَقُلْ لِعَتَّابِ بْنِ أُسَيْدٍ أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ أُؤَذِّنَ لِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ قَالَ قُلِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ ارْجِعْ فَقُلْ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ مَرَّتَيْنِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ مَرَّتَيْنِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ فَإِذَا أَقَمْتَ لِلصَّلَاةِ فَقُلْهَا مَرَّتَيْنِ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ

I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify that there is no god but Allah; I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Lowering your voice while saying them (these words). Then you must raise your voice in making the testimony: I testify that there is no god but Allah, I testify there is no god but Allah; I testify Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I testify Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Come to prayer, come to prayer; come to salvation, come to salvation. If it is the morning prayer, you must pronounce; prayer is better than sleep, prayer is better than sleep, Allah is most great; there is no god but Allah. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 500)

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ عَلِّمْنِي سُنَّةَ الْأَذَانِ قَالَ فَمَسَحَ مُقَدَّمَ رَأْسِي وَقَالَ تَقُولُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ تَرْفَعُ بِهَا صَوْتَكَ ثُمَّ تَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ تَخْفِضُ بِهَا صَوْتَكَ ثُمَّ تَرْفَعُ صَوْتَكَ بِالشَّهَادَةِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ فَإِنْ كَانَ صَلَاةُ الصُّبْحِ قُلْتَ الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ فِي بَعْضِ الرِّوَايَاتِ عَنْ أَبِي مَحْذُورَةَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ الرُّجُوعُ إِلَى كَلِمَةِ التَّكْبِيرِ بَعْدَ الشَّهَادَتَيْنِ وَلَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِقَوِيٍّ مَعَ مُخَالَفَتِهِ الرِّوَايَاتِ الْمَشْهُورَةَ وَعَمَلَ أَهْلِ الْحِجَازِ

[Machine] He heard him say, "Indeed, this Adhan signifies the Adhan of Bilal, which the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered and established, and it is Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah, I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Then he repeats and says, I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah, I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Come to prayer, come to prayer, come to success, come to success. Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. There is no deity except Allah. And the establishment of prayer is one and the same. And he says, "The prayer has been established once, like in the book." And others narrate it from Al-Humaydi, mentioning the Takbeer twice in the beginning of the Adhan. Then Al-Humaydi narrates it in the Hadith of Abu Mahdhura four times, and we accept it because it is an addition.

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ إِنُّ هَذَا الْأَذَانَ يَعْنِي أَذَانَ بِلَالٍ الَّذِي أَمَرَ بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَإِقَامَتَهُ وَهُوَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فَيَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَالْإِقَامَةُ وَاحِدَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ وَيَقُولُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً كَذَا فِي الْكِتَابِ وَغَيْرُهُ يَرْوِيهِ عَنِ الْحُمَيْدِيِّ فَيَذْكُرُ التَّكْبِيرَ فِي صَدْرِ الْأَذَانِ مَرَّتَيْنِ ثُمَّ يَرْوِيهِ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي مَحْذُورَةَ أَرْبَعًا وَنَأْخُذُ بِهِ لِأَنَّهُ زَائِدٌ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ فَقَالَ أَحَدُكُمُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ قَالَ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ قَالَ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ قَالَ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ مِنْ قَلْبِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah taught him the Adhan (call to prayer) with nineteen words and the Iqamah (second call to prayer) with seventeen words. The Adhan is as follows: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Ashhadu alla ilaha illallah, Ashhadu alla ilaha illallah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasulullah, Ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasulullah, Hayya 'ala as-salah, Hayya 'ala al-falah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallah." The Iqamah is as follows: "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallah, La ilaha illallah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Qad qamatis salah, Qad qamatis salah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallah." This was narrated by Affan from Hammam. Sa'id bin 'Amir also narrated it from Hammam.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَّمَهُ الْأَذَانَ تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ كَلِمَةً وَالْإِقَامَةَ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ كَلِمَةً الْأَذَانُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ مَرَّتَيْنِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ مَرَّتَيْنِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَالْإِقَامَةُ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى وَرَوَاهُ عَفَّانُ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ وَفَسَّرَ الْإِقَامَةَ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى وَزَادَ فِي آخَرِهَا قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَرَوَاهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ commanded about twenty men to give the call to prayer. He was impressed by the voice of Abu Mahdhurah. He said, "Say: Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah. I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah. I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah. I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Hayya 'ala as-salah (Come to prayer), Hayya 'ala al-falah (Come to success). Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. There is no god worthy of worship except Allah." And the establishment of prayer is similar to this.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ نَحْوًا مِنْ عِشْرِينَ رَجُلًا يُؤَذِّنُوا فَأَعْجَبَهُ صَوْتُ أَبِي مَحْذُورَةَ قَالَ قُلِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حِيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ حِيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَالْإِقَامَةَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ هَكَذَا

"مَن قَال: لا إِلهَ إِلا الله، وَالله أَكبَرُ صَدَّقَهُ رَبُّهُ، وَقَال: لا إِلهَ إِلا

أَنَا وَأَنَا أَكبَرُ، وَإِذَا قَال: لا إِلهَ إِلا الله وَحدَهُ، يَقُولُ الله: لا إِلهَ إِلا أَنَا وَحدِي، وَإِذَا قَال: لا إِلهَ إِلا الله وَحدَهُ لا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، قَال الله: لا إِلهَ إِلا أَنَا وَحدِي، لا شَرِيكَ لي، وَإِذَا قَال: لا إِلهَ إِلا الله، لَهُ الْمُلكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمدُ، قَال (الله): لا إِلهَ إِلا أَنَا لِيَ الْمُلكُ وَلِيَ الْحَمدُ، وَإِذَا قَال: لا إِلهَ إِلا الله، وَلا حَولَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلا بِالله، قَال الله: لا إِلهَ إِلا أَنَا، وَلا حَولَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلا بِي، وَكَانَ يَقُولُ: مَن قَالهَا في مَرَضِهِ ثُمَّ مَاتَ، لَم تَطْعَمْهُ النَّارُ".

“Allah is most great, Allah is most great”, and one of you says in response: “Allah is most great”, Allah is most great; then says: “ I testify tht there is no god but Allah”, and he says in response: “I testify that there is no god but Allah”, then say:” I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”, and he makes the response: “ I testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”, then says: “Come to prayer”, and he makes the response: “There is no might and no power except in Allah”: then says: “ Allah is most great, Allah is most great”, and he makes the response: “Allah is most great”, then says: “There is no god but Allah”, if he says this from his heart, he enter Paradise. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 527)

"إذا قال المؤذنُ: الله أكبرُ الله أكبر، فقال أحدُكُمْ، الله أكبرُ الله أكبر، ثمّ قال: أشْهَدُ أن لَّا إِله إلَّا الله، قال أشْهَدُ أن لَّا إله إِلا الله، ثُمّ قال: أشهدُ أن محمَّدًا رسولُ الله، قال: أشهد أن محمدًا رسول الله، ثُمَّ قال: حَي على الصلاةِ، قال لا حولَ ولا قوةَ إلّا بالله، ثُمَّ قال: حَي على الفلاح قال، لا حولَ ولا قُوةَ إلّا بالله، ثم قال: الله أكبر الله أكبر، قال: الله أكبر الله أكبر، ثُمّ قال: لا إله إلّا الله قال: لا إله إلّا الله من قْلبِه دخلَ الجنَّة".

"تَقُولُ: اللَّه أَكبرُ، اللَّه أَكبرُ، اللَّه أَكبرُ، اللَّه أَكبرُ، وارفع بها صوتك، ثمَّ تقول: أَشهد أَن لا إِله إلا اللَّه، أَشهد أَن لا إِله إِلا اللَّه، أَشهد أَن محمدًا رسول اللَّه، أَشهد أَن محمدًا رسول اللَّه؛ واخفض بها صوتك -بالشهادة، أَشهد أَن لا إِله إِلا اللَّه، أَشهد أَن لا إِله إِلا اللَّه، أَشهد أَن محمدًا رسول اللَّه، حىَّ على الصلاة، حىَّ على الصلاة. حىَّ على الفلاح، حىَّ على الفلاح. فإِن كانت صلاةَ الصبحِ قلت. الصلاةُ خيرٌ من النوم: الصلاة خير من النوم. اللَّه أَكبر اللَّه أكبر، لا إله إِلا اللَّه".

" كَانَ بِلاَلٌ يُؤَذِّنُ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَكَانَ يُؤَذِّنُ: الله أَكْبَرُ الله أَكْبَرُ، أَشْهَدُ أَن لَّا إِلَهَ إلَّا الله، أَشْهَدُ أن لَّا إِلَهَ إلاَّ الله، ثُمَّ يَنْحَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِ الْقبْلَة، فَيَقُولُ: أَشْهَدُ أن مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ الله، أشْهَدُ أنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ الله، ثُمَّ يَنْحِرَفُ فَيْستِقْبلُ خَلْفَ الْقبْلَة فَيَقُولُ: حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَة، حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ، ثُمَّ يَنْحَرِفُ عَنْ يَسَارِه فَيَقُولُ: حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَحَ، حَىَّ عَلى الْفَلاَح، ثُمَّ يَسْتَقْبِلُ الْقِبْلَةَ فَيَقُولُ: الله أَكْبَرُ الله أَكْبَرُ، لاَ إِلَهَ إلَّا الله وكان يقيم للنبي ﷺ فيفرد الإقامة يقول: الله أكبر الله أكبر، أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله، وَأَشْهَدُ أنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ الله، حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلاَةِ، حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاَح، قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاَةُ، الله أَكْبَرُ الله أَكْبَرُ، لاَ إِلَهَ إلَّا الله".

" عَنْ أَبِى مَحْذورَةَ قَالَ: عَلَّمَنِى النَّبِىُّ ﷺ الأَذَانَ تِسع عَشرَةَ كَلِمَةً وَالإِقَامَةَ سَبع عَشَرْةَ كَلِمَةً، الله أَكْبَرُ، الله أَكبَرُ، الله أَكْبَرُ، الله أَكبُر، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الله أَشْهد أن لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الله، أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ الله، أَشْهَدُ أنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ الله، حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ، حَىَّ عَلى الصَّلاةِ، حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلاحِ، حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاح، الله أَكبَرُ الله أكْبَرُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الله".

"عَنْ أَبِى مَحْذُورَةَ قَالَ: قُلْ: الله أَكْبَرُ، الله أَكْبَرُ، الله أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الله، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الله (*)، أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ الله، أَشْهَدُ أنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ الله، حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ، حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاة، حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ، حَىَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاح، الله أَكْبَرُ، الله أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الله، وَإِذَا أَذَّنتَ بِالأولَى من الصُّبْحِ فَقُلْ: الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ، وَإذَا أَقَمْتَ فَقُلْهَا مَرَّتَينِ: قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاة، قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاةُ سمعت عبد الرزاق عن أبى محذورة قال: كَانَ أَذَانُهُ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى، وَإِقَامَتُهُ واحِدَةٌ وكَانَ آخِرُ كلامه لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا الله".

"كَانَ بِلَالٌ يُؤَذِّنُ لِلنَّبىِّ ﷺ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ: اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إلَّا اللهُ، أَشْهدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ ثُمَّ يَنْحَرِفُ عَنْ يَمِينِ الْقِبْلَةِ فَيَقُولُ: أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، أَشُهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ خَلْفَ الْقِبْلَةِ حَىَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاة، ثُمَّ يَنْحَرِفُ عَنْ يَسَارِ الْقبْلَة فَيَقُولُ: حَىَّ عَلَى الفَلَاحِ، حَىَّ عَلى الْفَلَاحِ، ثُمَّ يَسْتَقْبِلُ الْقِبْلَةَ فَيَقُولُ: اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللهُ أَكْبَرُ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَكَانَ يُقِيمُ لِلنَّبِى ﷺ فَيَفْرِدُ الإِقَامَةَ".
