[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "Verily, the deceased is punished with the cries of mourning over him in his grave." This narration is authentically reported in the hadith of Shu'bah.  

البيهقي:٧١٦٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ يُعَذَّبُ بِالنِّيَاحَةِ عَلَيْهِ فِي قَبْرِهِ أَخْرَجَاهُ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شُعْبَةَ هَكَذَا
