Every night when he prophet (May peace be upon him) went to his bed, he joined his hands and breathed into them, reciting into them:”say: he is Allah, One” and say ; I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn and Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of men. Then he would wipe as much of his body as he could with his hands, beginning with his head, his face and the front of his body, doing that three times. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5056)

I said, 'No.' Ibn ʿAbbas said, 'It was ʿAli bin Abu Talib." ʿAisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ used to narrate saying, "When Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered my house and his disease became aggravated, he said, " Pour on me the water of seven water skins, the mouths of which have not been untied, so that I may give advice to the people.' So we let him sit in a big basin belonging to Hafsa, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ and then started to pour water on him from these water skins till he started pointing to us with his hands intending to say, 'You have done your job." ʿAisha added, "Then he went out to the people and led them in prayer and preached to them."
