[Machine] "She said, 'A woman offered her some dates on a plate, so she ate some and there were some left. She said, 'I swear to you, I will not eat any of it.' The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, 'Discharge her, for the sin is on the one who makes a vow but does not fulfill it.'"  

أحمد:٢٤٨٣٥حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ

أَهْدَتْ إِلَيْهَا امْرَأَةٌ تَمْرًا فِي طَبَقٍ فَأَكَلَتْ بَعْضًا وَبَقِيَ بَعْضٌ فَقَالَتْ أَقْسَمْتُ عَلَيْكِ إِلَّا أَكَلْتِ بَقِيَّتَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَبِرِّيهَا فَإِنَّ الْإِثْمَ عَلَى الْمُحَنِّثِ
