Ibn 'Umar reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not leave the fire burning in your house when you go to sleep."

الأدب المفرد:١٢٢٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أبو داود:٥٢٤٦ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رِوَايَةً وَقَالَ مَرَّةً يَبْلُغُ بِهِ

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ لاَ تَتْرُكُوا النَّارَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ حِينَ تَنَامُونَ

tirmidhi:1813 – Ibn Abū ʿUmar And Ghayr Wāḥid > Sufyān > al-Zuhrī > Sālim from his father > Qāl Rasūl

From his father, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Do not leave the fire (burning) in your houses when you sleep."

[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.

الترمذي:١٨١٣ – حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
