When he was with me he would sleep at dawn. By this she referred to the Prophet ﷺ.  

أبو داود:١٣١٨حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

مَا أَلْفَاهُ السَّحَرُ عِنْدِي إِلاَّ نَائِمًا تَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ

Never did the earlier part of the dawn find the Messenger of Allah ﷺ but sleeping in my house or near me.  

مسلم:٧٤٢حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ بِشْرٍ عَنْ مِسْعَرٍ عَنْ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

مَا أَلْفَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ السَّحَرُ الأَعْلَى فِي بَيْتِي أَوْ عِنْدِي إِلاَّ نَائِمًا  

ahmad:26325Yaʿqūb from my father from his father > Abū Salamah > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] I did not recognize him through any other means except by magic; he was asleep next to me. I mean the Prophet ﷺ.

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ كَانَ يَجْعَلُ آخِرَ صَلَاتِهِ بِاللَّيْلِ نَوْمَةً خَفِيفَةً قَبْلَ انْفِجَارِ الصُّبْحِ فِي بَعْضِ اللَّيَالِي دُونَ بَعْضٍ
