The Prophet ﷺ made a deal with the people of Khaibar that they would have half the fruits and vegetation of the land they cultivated.

عَامَلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا مِنْ ثَمَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ

Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ contracted with the people of Khaibar the (trees) on the condition that he would have half the produce in fruits and harvest.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا مِنْ ثَمَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made an agreement with the people of Khaibar to work and cultivate in return for half of the fruits or produce.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ ثَمَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered into a contract with the people of Khaibar for one half of the fruits or crops yielded.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِالشَّطْرِ مِمَّا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ ثَمَرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ made an agreement with the people of Khaibar to work and cultivate in return for half of the fruits or produce. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3408)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَامَلَ أَهْلَ خَيْبَرَ بِشَطْرِ مَايَخْرُجُ مِنْ تَمْرٍ أَوْ زَرْعٍ

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered into a contract with the people of Khaibar for one half of the fruits or crops yielded. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2467)
