عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ

[Machine] Umar asked me about what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ read on the day of Eid, so I said, "By Q and the Qur'an that comes closer to the Hour."  

الطبراني:٣٣٠٦ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ثنا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ثنا فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ قَالَ

سَأَلَنِي عُمَرُ ؓ عَمَّا قَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ فَقُلْتُ «بِ ق وَاقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ»
