الْمُطَّلِبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَنْطَبٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

tabarani:20335 – Muṣʿab b. Ibrāhīm b. Ḥamzah from my father > ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Muḥammad > Muḥammad b. Abū Ḥumayd > al-Muṭṭalib b. ʿAbdullāh b. Ḥanṭab > Um Salamah

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever spends on two daughters or two sisters or two relatives, their expenditure will be counted as charity for him, until Allah suffices them through His grace. They will become a shield for him from the Hellfire."

الطبراني:٢٠٣٣٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَنْطَبٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَنْفَقَ عَلَى ابْنَتَيْنِ أَوْ أُخْتَيْنِ أَوْ ذَوَاتَيْ قَرَابَةٍ يَحْتَسِبُ النَّفَقَةَ عَلَيْهِمَا حَتَّى يَكْفِيَهُمَا اللهُ يُغْنِيهُمَا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ كَانَتَا لَهُ سِتْرًا مِنَ النَّارِ»

[Machine] "I entered upon Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , and she said, 'O my son, should I not tell you what I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ?' I said, 'Yes, O mother.' She said, 'I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Whoever spends on two daughters or two sisters or two female relatives, bearing in mind to provide for their needs until Allah enriches them from His bounty or suffices them, then it will be like a screen for him against the Hellfire.'"

أحمد:٢٦٥١٦ – حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّانُ بْنُ تَمَّامٍ أَبُو تَمَّامٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا بُنَيَّ أَلَا أُحَدِّثُكَ بِمَا سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ قُلْتُ بَلَى يَا أُمَّهْ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَنْفَقَ عَلَى ابْنَتَيْنِ أَوْ أُخْتَيْنِ أَوْ ذَوَاتَيْ قَرَابَةٍ يَحْتَسِبُ النَّفَقَةَ عَلَيْهِمَا حَتَّى يُغْنِيَهُمَا اللهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ﷻ أَوْ يَكْفِيَهُمَا كَانَتَا لَهُسِتْرًا مِنَ النَّارِ
