[Machine] "You used to perform this prayer, indeed we accompanied the Messenger of Allah and we saw him praying this prayer after Asr prayer."  

الطبراني:١٦٩٢٩حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ بُنْدَارٌ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ عَنْ مَعْبَدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ

«إِنَّكُمْ لَتُصَلُّونَ هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةَ لَقَدْ صَحِبْنَا رَسُولَ اللهِ وَرَأَيْنَاهُ فَمَا رَأَيْنَاهُ يُصَلِّي هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةَ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ» يَعْنِي الْعَصْرَ

You offer a prayer which I did not see being offered by Messenger of Allah ﷺ when we were in his company and he certainly had forbidden it (i.e. two rakʿat after the ʿAsr prayer).

Muawiya said (to the people), "You offer a prayer which we, who were the companions of the Prophet ﷺ never saw the Prophet ﷺ offering, and he forbade its offering," i.e. the two rakʿat after the compulsory ʿAsr prayer.
