عَمْرُو بْنُ خَارِجَةَ الْأَسْعَدِيُّ وَيُقَالُ: خَارِجَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو وَالصَّوَابُ: عَمْرُو بْنُ خَارِجَةَ حَلِيفُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ بْنِ حَرْبِ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ شَمْسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ

tabarani:14201 – ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad b. Saʿīd b. Abū Maryam > Muḥammad b. Yūsuf al-Firyābī > ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd b. Bahrām > Shahr b. Ḥawshab

[Machine] "On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: 'O people, it is not permissible for me or anyone from the spoils of war of the Muslims to take what weighs in this valley and to take a foreleg of a missing she-camel after what Allah has made obligatory for me.'"

الطبراني:١٤٢٠١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَهْرَامَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ حَدَّثَنِي خَارِجَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو وَكَانَ حَلِيفًا لِأَبِي سُفْيَانَ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أنَّهُ قَالَ «أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لَا يَحِلُّ لِي وَلَا لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ مَغَانِمِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَا يَزِنُ فِي هَذِهِ الْوَبَرَةِ وَأَخَذَ وَبَرَةً مِنْ غَارِبِ نَاقَتِهِ بَعْدَ الَّذِي فَرَضَ اللهُ لِي»
