[Machine] Narrated by Ibn Umar: The Prophet ﷺ said, "Every living creature in the sea or on the land that does not have blood is not required to pay zakat."  

الطبراني:١٣٣٣٣حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْأَنْمَاطِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُنَيْنٍ الْعَطَّارُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ قَالَا ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ رُشَيْدِينَ ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ الْأُبُلِّيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «كُلُّ دَابَّةٍ مِنْ دَوَابِّ الْبَحْرِ وَالْبَرِّ لَيْسَ لَهَا دَمٌ يَنْعَقِدُ فَلَيْسَتْ لَهَا زَكَاةٌ»
