[Machine] We have increased from this for the sake of my father and mother, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The beauty of the voice is the adornment of the Qur'an."  

الطبراني:١٠٠٢٣ – حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْعَلَّافُ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَرْبِيٍّ حَدَّثَنِي حَمَّادُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلًا قَدْ أَعْطَانِي اللهُ حُسْنَ الصَّوْتِ بِالْقُرْآنِ فَكَانَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ يُرْسِلُ إِلَيَّ فَأَقْرَأُ عَلَيْهِ الْقُرْآنَ فَكُنْتُ إِذَا فَرَغْتُ مِنْ قِرَاءَتِي قَالَ

زِدْنَا مِنْ هَذَا فِدَاكَ أَبِي وَأُمِّي؛ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «حُسْنُ الصَّوْتِ زِينَةُ الْقُرْآنِ»

[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, saying: "Beautify the Quran with your voices, for indeed a beautiful voice enhances the beauty of the Quran."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «حَسِّنُوا الْقُرْآنَ بِأَصْوَاتِكُمْ فَإِنَّ الصَّوْتَ الْحَسَنَ يَزِيدُ الْقُرْآنَ حُسْنًا»
