[Machine] "I have seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ holding his index and middle fingers and saying: 'Whoever loves me, should love them and tell the absent one about it.' And if it were not for the determination of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , I would not have told you."  

لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَاضِعَهُ فِي حَبْوَتِهِ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَحَبَّنِي فَلْيُحِبَّهُ فَلْيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ وَلَوْلَا عَزْمَةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مَا حَدَّثْتُكُمْ  

[Machine] When Ali was killed, Hasan stood up to address the people. A man from the tribe of Azd Ash-Shanu'ah stood up and said, "I bear witness that I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ holding him (Hasan) in his lap and saying, 'Whoever loves me, let him love him and inform the absent ones.' If it were not for the honor of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , I would never have mentioned it."  

لَمَّا قُتِلَ عَلِيٌّ قَامَ الْحَسَنُ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَزْدِ شَنُوءَةَ فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَاضِعَهُ فِي حَبْوَتِهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «مَنْ أَحَبَّنِي فَلْيُحِبَّهُ وَلْيُبَلِّغِ الشَّاهِدُ الْغَائِبَ» وَلَوْلَا كَرَامَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا حَدَّثْتُ بِهِ أَبَدًاسكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص  

"عَنْ زُهَيْرِ بنِ الأَرْقَمِ قَالَ: بَيْنَا الحَسَن بن علي يخطبُ إِذْ قَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الأزْدِ آدمُ طوالٌ فَقَالَ: لَقْد رَأيتُ رسولَ اللهِ ﷺ واصبعيه في حقْويه يقُولُ: مَنْ أَحبنِي فَليحِبهُ، فَلْيُبْلِغِ الشاهدُ الغَائبَ".
