"مَنْ أَدْرَكَهُ الصُّبْحُ وَلَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَا وتْرَ لَهُ".  

[طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [حب] ابن حبّان وابن خزيمة، [حب] ابن حبّان [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك عن أَبي سعيد، البزار عن الأَغر المزنى

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَدْرَكَ الصُّبْحَ وَلَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَا وِتْرَ لَهُ» وَ  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ على شرط مسلم

ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْوِتْرَ لَيْسَ بِفَرِيضَةٍ
