"عَن الشعبى قال: قال عمر: مَنْ سَأَلَ النَّاسَ لِيُثرِىَ مَالَهُ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ رَضْفٌ مِن النَّارِ يَتَلَقَّمُهُ، فَمَنْ شَاءَ اسْتَقَلَّ وَمَنْ شَاءَ اسْتَكْثَرَ".

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever asks people to enrich his wealth, it is as if he is asking for a burning coal from the fire, which will burn whomever he wants. So let him ask for less if he wishes, and let him ask for more if he wishes."
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَنْ سَأَلَ النَّاسَ لِيُثْرِيَ مَالَهُ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ رَضْفٌ مِنَ النَّارِ يَتَلَهَّبُهُ مَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيُقِلَّ وَمَنْ شَاءَ فَلْيُكْثِرْ»
"مَنْ سَأَلَ النَّاسَ ليُثْرى مَالهُ، فإنَّمَا هُوَ رَضْفٌ مِنَ النَّار يَلقَمُهُ، مَنْ شَاءَ فَليُقِلَّ، ومَنْ شَاءَ فَليكْثِرْ".
