that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "None of those who gave the pledge under the tree shall enter the Fire."

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ.

الترمذي:٣٨٦٠ – حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ يَدْخُلُ النَّارَ أَحَدٌ مِمَّنْ بَايَعَ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

tirmidhi:3863 – Maḥmūd b. Ghaylān > Azhar al-Sammān > Sulaymān al-Taymī > Khidāsh > Abū al-Zubayr > Jābir

from Jabir, that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Those who gave the pledge under the tree shall enter Paradise, except for the owner of the red camel."

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Gharīb.

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ، بِأَنَّ شُهُودَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ إِنَّمَا كَانَ الْبَيْعَةَ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ
