"عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ قَضَى في أَهْلِ اليَمَامَةِ مِثْلَ قَوْلِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ (وَرثَ الأحياءَ) الأَمْواتَ، وَلَمْ يُوَرِّثْ الأَمْواتَ بَعْضَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ".
